Work as the point of reference for ownership requests and tasks.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>We are looking for an individual with leadership skills and extensive experience with grading<\/em><br \/>\n<em>experience that can direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well organized and favor safety above everything else<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions\/Qualifications:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, implement, and manage in accordance with priorities and goals<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and supervise the excavation phase of a construction project<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the job completes on schedule and in accordance with the set specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Learn to effectively implement day-to-day schedule\/coordination to ensure field team is<br \/>\nworking efficiently and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with hired contractors\/subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met<\/li>\n<li>Manage laborers and trucking resources<\/li>\n<li>GPS and laser setups, survey and plan reading knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Daily gathering and processing of timesheets<\/li>\n<li>Reads, understands and interprets blue prints and specifications<br \/>\nResolve problems when they arise<\/li>\n<li>Verify all equipment is properly working and maintained according to manufactures<br \/>\nsuggestions<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as assigned by Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Education\/Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with all types of heavy equipment for moving dirt and performing site work<\/li>\n<li>Experience of all areas of site work, including clearing, demolition, excavation, grading,<br \/>\ncompaction, erosion control and finish grading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decision making \/ problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate and report effectively<\/li>\n<li>Organization and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and prioritize workload<\/li>\n<li>Work with minimal Supervision<\/li>\n<li>Interact well with others<\/li>\n<li>Bi-lingual (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stand\/Sit for an extensive period of time<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform tasks using standard computer equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Work Environment:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limited noise level<\/li>\n<li>Outdoor climate \u2013 extreme heat and cold temperatures<\/li>\n<li>Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekends required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Personal Protective Equipment Required:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head\/ear protection and proper footwear when at<br \/>\nconstruction sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":40,"featured_media":23995,"template":"","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","_promoted":"","_job_location":"Los Banos, CA","_application":"celeste@istaff.biz","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[106],"job-types":[2],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>GRADING FOREMAN (LB) - Infinity Staffing Services<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/infinity-staffing.biz\/job\/grading-foreman-lb\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"GRADING FOREMAN (LB) - Infinity Staffing Services\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00\/hr., Depending upon qualifications and experience Monday-Saturday 7AM-5PM We are looking for a Grading Foreman to coordinate daily operations and oversee construction projects.
