This position will be a floater and must be willing to help where needed. This includes Customer Service, Scheduling, Accounting, or technician requests.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM, Fridays 8:00AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hr. Depending on Experience
Duties:
- Scanning & Filing
- Emailing customers
- Answering phones
- Creating test report forms (PDFs/Foxit)
- Uploading test report forms into our electronic system
- Creating cheat sheets (excel) & updating site maps (Publisher)
- Creating service requests
- Stocking the fridge, supply cabinet, bathroom, etc.
- Additional duties may be required as needed
Requirements:
- Assisting customers with service requests, proposals, and scheduling via phone and email
- Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the information and support needed to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
- Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information
- Printing, scanning, faxing, filing, organizing, etc.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute e-mails, letters, and documents
- Maintaining the company’s physical and electronic records, including contracts/agreements, promotional mailings, etc.
- Be a detail-oriented and highly organized team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to procedures with accuracy and proper follow-up.
