This position will be a floater and must be willing to help where needed. This includes Customer Service, Scheduling, Accounting, or technician requests.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM, Fridays 8:00AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hr. Depending on Experience

Duties:

  • Scanning & Filing
  • Emailing customers
  • Answering phones
  • Creating test report forms (PDFs/Foxit)
  • Uploading test report forms into our electronic system
  • Creating cheat sheets (excel) & updating site maps (Publisher)
  • Creating service requests
  • Stocking the fridge, supply cabinet, bathroom, etc.
  • Additional duties may be required as needed

Requirements:

  • Assisting customers with service requests, proposals, and scheduling via phone and email
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the information and support needed to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
  • Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information
  • Printing, scanning, faxing, filing, organizing, etc.
  • Compose, proofread, and distribute e-mails, letters, and documents
  • Maintaining the company’s physical and electronic records, including contracts/agreements, promotional mailings, etc.
  • Be a detail-oriented and highly organized team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks according to procedures with accuracy and proper follow-up.
