Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Local company providing advanced, cost-effective groundwater filtration systems that support community, municipal, agricultural, and industrial needs, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, supporting both administrative and customer service functions, and helping us uphold our commitment to efficiency, quality, and exceptional service.
Skills
- Minimum intermediate-level skill set using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor with internal and external customers via phone and email communications
- Strong typing and 10-key skills
- Prior administrative office experience would be helpful
Job Duties
- Office supply orders
- Order supplies as requested or as low inventory needs cite.
- Filing A/P or other Company files
- Physically or electronically file all Accounts Payable paperwork, as well as other Company file needs as assigned.
- Data entry to support all accounting functions
- Manually enter various accounting-related paperwork information into our systems.
- Implement paper-to-electronic process
- We will be implementing a process for changing over files from paper to electronic format. This position will be key in the process change.
- Other administrative duties as needed
