Starting at $21.50/hr. (Mon–Fri 7AM–3:30PM, some weekends. (6:00AM–2:30PM during orientation) $23.50/hr. once hired permanent
- Daily testing and logging of the boiler, cooling towers, chillers, cold rooms, water systems, and air conditioning for incubation rooms
- Perform and complete Preventative Maintenance on all mechanical equipment and vehicles
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical
- Work with outside vendors
- Develop positive relationships with all facility departments and management to work as a team
- Building repair and new construction including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general housekeeping
- Metal fabrication and welding for new equipment and equipment repair
