Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with OT

Pay Range: $19.00-$22.00/hr. DOE

Our Administrative Assistants are responsible for handling general office tasks and administrative duties, to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is a combination of clerical work such as, maintaining filing standards and data entry, but also providing excellent customer service through effective communication when responding to emails, answering phones, and greeting office visitors. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to excel in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant/Data Entry

  • Greeting visitors and providing information or direction
  • Assisting with the Application process when needed
  • Provide professional communication with clients, employees, and internal staff via email, phones, and in person
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Conduct data entry
  • May assist with time card calculations and payroll processing
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining filing standards
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and receiving those orders
  • Keep all paperwork in Applications updated (I-9, W-4, background paper work, etc.)
  • Additional tasks to be determined

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant/Data Entry

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with clients and employees
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast pace environment
  • Willing to adapt to change and implement new policies
  • Great work ethic, attendance & punctuality
  • Willing to work overtime if needed
  • Must be willing to travel to Client sites, and satellite office location in the SF Bay Area
  • Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
