Well-know company in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking 15 Production clerks to join their team. The production clerk ensures that al computers transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Handles all work orders related transactions in AX including, but not limited to, insuring material to jobs, receiving finished products into inventory, posting labor, and other transactions as needed to support timely and accurate data entry in AX.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Must be able to organize large amounts of data and paperwork
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in a warehouse environment, precious experience supporting a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Must be familiar with computer systems including Excel and database systems (MS Dynamics AX Preferred)
  • Have basic clerical skills
  • Be able to communicate clearly (written and verbally) in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills and the ability to work with all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of measurements conversion and weights in metric and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Picks material to work orders
  • Does inventory transactions and ensures that the correct part numbers, lot numbers and quantities are used and entered in the system
  • Completes all transactions in AX system
  • Review jobs for discrepancies and works with production supervisors, operators and manufacturing manager to correct as needed
  • Performs all duties in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
